Minimum Required Documents We Need
Once the client(s) have completed the Client Intake Forms, forward them to our office along with the minimum required documents we need to get started:
- Credit counseling certificate(s)
- Last full six months of pay stubs or proof of all income sources
One of our virtual bankruptcy assistants will immediately begin to work on your case by;
- reviewing CIF for missing information
- contact debtor to obtain missing information, per your approval
- perform quick Means Test assessement, unless otherwise instructed perform property evaluation
- submit first draft of petition, in pdf, for approval
